This page will tell you a little bit more about my background and the way I teach.
My mission is to convey the benefits of Yoga in a fun and open-minded way. When you find that place of well being, calm and effortlessness inside, then joy and inspiration can emerge.
I practice and teach Yoga with the eyes and heart of a playful explorer… I discovered Yoga in 1996 and graduated as yoga teacher in 2005. I teach slow flow Hatha Yoga to enhance alignment, stability and strength, with an emphasis on body awareness and mindful breathing. I also teach more gentle styles such as Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Nidra . These are subtle and profound practices to soothe the mind and calm the nervous system. All are very effective to replenish the energy levels.
My classes incorporate asanas (postures), gentle creative movements, pranayama (breathing exercises), relaxation and meditation techniques inspired from the Hatha Yoga , Tantra and Ayurveda Traditions.
